Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Approval Application


CRESTWOOD AT RIDGEVIEW HOA

An ACC Application must be approved by the HOA Board for any modification of exterior property, which includes house, garage door, fences, mailbox, screens/windows, roof, patio, door, shutters, painting, staining, retaining walls, etc.  Alterations/changes may be better, but not less than, the original.  Board approval must be obtained prior to initiation of any work.  A fine may be assessed should work begin without prior ACC approval.

This completed Application may be emailed to the Crestwood at Ridgeview Community Manager (manager@crestwoodatridgeviewhoa.com) or submitted by mail to:  Crestwood at Ridgeview HOA, 1024 S. Greenville Ave., Ste. 230, Allen, TX  75002.  Assuming the Application is complete and answers all questions, the resident will be notified of approval as quickly as possible, generally in 2-3 business days.

*Please Note:  Plano considers any fence section that adjoins 2 properties to be a "shared fence".  The HOA is not responsible for resolving issues regarding shared property.  Any related disputes must be dealt with legally.  Hence it is important that a resident have a discussion with adjacent neighbors prior to replacing or repairing a fence.
